I'm like wow at all the negative comments. My kids were patients of his and had no issues with Dr Jones. I would recommend Dr Jones to anyone.

I was a patient of Dr. Jones, about 35 years ago. He was rude to children. I was one of them. He was kinf of a martinet. “OPEN!” Would mean that he wanted that lower jaw as wide as humanly possible. To this day, when a dentist inspects my teeth, my mouth is utterly gaping. They reassure me that’s not necessary, and put in braces to hold my jaw open to make me ( an adult) comfortable. Dr. Jones did no such thing. He ordered “OPEN!” Rude. Not good with children. Taught brushing but flossing was secondary at best. I heard that he’d moved on to another career. Hopefully he’s better now than he was for me.

Dr. Hamilton has been my grandchildren dentist for over two decades. He has always been gentle, informative, honest, professional and simply great with my babies. He has been such a blessing to us and I highly recommend to others.

Bedside manner is terrible. My 6 year old was scared and touched his arm when he put his hand in her mouth and he shoved her hand down and said do NOT touch me and you better not bite me. She was nervous and didn't know which chair to get in and he asked her if she could move any slower. Seriously, he is one of the rudest people I've ever met. He wanted to put my daughter under IV sedation at Wise Regional because "he did not want to deal with a crying child."

Avoid at all costs. Deceiving, they will tell you they take your insurance then send you a huge bill and say that they have never taken your insurance. They even took and scanned in the insurance card, at that moment they should have said they don't take it. When we called to ask they said that they have been there for 10 years and they don't care. Totally unwilling to work with you. Actually seems like a scam.
